Retail Marketing Manager

Job Description

- Developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and 
   brand awareness.
- Developing pricing strategies for products based on competitors’ prices, customers’
    willingness to pay, and company cost structures.
- Identifying new business opportunities by researching new technologies, markets, and
    competitors.
- Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing
    markets or new markets.
- Designing advertising campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and 
   promote sales.
- Creating an effective store environment that will attract customers with visual appeal,
   comfort, and convenience.
- Meeting with store managers to discuss performance metrics and identify problem areas.
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for increasing store traffic and sales
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services in
   retail stores.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
- Be an effective presentation, and ability to work individually.
- At least 3 - 5 years working experiences in related field, experiences in Mobile Phone,    
   Accessories, Speaker or IT business are preferably.
- Demonstrate intimate knowledge of how to identify and leverage customer tendencies,
   unmet needs, product differentiators, and the strengths of the competition.
- Demonstrate ability to conduct SWOT analysis in development of retail marketing strategy.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Experience developing and delivering marketing collateral.
- Ability to resolve problems effectively.
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Good English verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills is preferred.
